Board Members
Board members are volunteers who offered to serve on the board and are elected to a specific position by the organization’s membership. The Board consists of four (4) Officers and nine (9) Directors who have been elected to staggered terms. These terms ensure that no more than two (2) Officers and three (3) Directors are up for election each year. This allows for the Board to retain a minimum of eight (8) members each year who are familiar with the management programs and all other Board operations. The following individuals serve as the present Officers and Directors of the ILIA Board.
